1. DAILY ROUTINE TO KEEP YOUR MIND CLEAR
A poster with the elements you need to keep you, your mind, your health and your feelings in balance. Every element has its peculiarities. Your daily food and drinking routine should be healthy and conscious, but please, break these rules from time to time too. It doesn't matter if your physical movements are indoor our outdoor, but do them. For your mental movement, keep an eye on things you love and that bring you in a good mood. Music, books, art or whatever. The absolut outstanding crazy freaking out dots, stand for the whatever. The last element is as diverse as its shadow in the typography. Love yourself, love your partner, your family, your friends, whatever or whoever, but love and keep that passion. Everyday you need to have an eye on every of those elements, even if it’s only a few minutes. That way you can keep your mind clear for all the challenges life has in store. 
2. BE INDIVIDUAL, BUT PART OF A MOVEMENT
As simple as it looks, stay individual but be a part of the movement, especially in times like these.
